What we do
Locus Transformational Solutions builds cutting-edge tech at prices our market can actually pay. Frontier tech — voice, AI, intelligent search — usually arrives priced for someone else's market. We rebuild it for ours: low-bandwidth, low-literacy, mobile-first, in the languages our users actually speak.
We start where the cost of staying unsolved is highest and the price of the existing solution is the biggest barrier to using it. Health information. Business discovery. Financial inclusion. New verticals only when the operational evidence is there to back them.
How we build
- Voice-first. Works for users with limited literacy, on low-bandwidth networks, in local languages.
- Mobile-first. The web app and the chat are designed for a basic smartphone, on 3G, with intermittent power.
- Plain language. No jargon, no assumptions about prior knowledge.
- Compliance by design. Where we operate in regulated territory, the boundaries are baked in from day one.
What we ship
Two products are live today. Locus Go — a voice-first business locator starting with health facilities across Ghana. Locus Health — a voice-first AI assistant for everyday health questions. Both in English today, with Twi and Pidgin in progress.
Who we work with
Pharmacy chains, hospitals, NGOs, insurers, and any other organization that needs a health-information or business-locator tool — we have a white-label path: license Locus Health or Locus Go, branded as yours, our backend, your customers.
Where we operate
Headquartered in Ghana, building for the broader African market. Every product we ship is built to work on the networks, in the languages, and at the price points our shared customers actually live with.
Who started this
Locus Transformational Solutions was founded in 2023 by Elikem Ahlijah, with a background in Ghanaian pharmaceutical distribution and an MBA in project management. The reason it exists: closing the gap between frontier tech and everyday Ghanaians.
